Welcome to our website that describes our townhome in Kailua-Kona Hawaii that is being offered for vacation rentals.

Note, because of HOA (Home Owner's Association) requirements, this townhome can not be rented for periods of less than 30 days.

This townhome is located across from Honl's Beach in the gated Alii Cove condominium complex about a 10 minute walk south of the Kailua-Kona Village.

The location of this townhome within the complex offers some of the best views Alii Cove has to offer.

You have a virtually unobstructed view of Honl's Beach, the ocean, cruise ships, and sunsets.

The townhome is 1,815 square feet, has three bedrooms, three bathrooms, an office / loft area, a kitchen, a large downstairs lanai with patio furniture and a grill, and a private lanai off the upstairs Master Suite.

Located in the Alii Cove complex you'll have access to a saltwater pool, a shallow kids pool, a heated Jacuzzi, and a fitness center.
